June’s Journey is a beautifully styled hidden object murder mstery game set in the 1920s. Players put on their super sleuth skills to the test to help June Parker solve the murder of her sister. Pixly has built an ongoing influencer strategy that focuses on partnering with creators to produce integrations and immersive content that represents the spirit of the game to bolster conversion and player retention.
Pixly introduces new content creators to the June’s Journey campaign on a monthly basis, while extending longer term partnerships to the most successful of the existing creators. This keeps content fresh, while establishing a sense of and community through familiar faces. We’ve also created a series of specialized campaigns centered around feature updates and in-game events, such as the ‘Murder Most Fowl’ community contest. Our strategy with June’s Journey proves that the key to ongoing success stems from creativity and trust.
In February of 2020, we collaborated with the June’s Journey team to release a re-engagement campaign called ‘Share a Coffee’, where we gathered three of our most popular vintage genre creators for a fun-filled weekend in the city of Boston, MA to showcase June’s Journey’s social feature ‘Detective Lounge’ in real time. The creators joined forces to complete challenges, serve in-game drinks, and explore the brand new update.
